- Credit Usage: If you have used more than 150 credits, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
- Processing Fee: A processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
One-Time Credit Purchases
- No Refunds: All one-time credit purchases are non-refundable.
- Choose Wisely: We offer multiple credit levels - please purchase according to your needs.

Processing Refunds
